Footnotes
In fiscal year 2020, Illinois National Guard was activated on many more State Active Duty missions than usual to assist with multiple issues, such as COVID-19, Civil Disturbance, floods, and election support. Therefore, more soldiers were eligible to receive Military Family Relief grants from DMA.
