Fiscal year 2022 Actual decreased because OSLAD grants did not get written in this time period. Fiscal year 2023 Target/Projection data was increased assuming OSLAD grants will get written in this time period. Several grant programs were not run in fiscal year 2022 due to limited staff and COVID-19. There was very little construction/acquisition and no new projects that would have added miles of trails and acres of acquisition.
