Agency Narrative
The Commission waived 1A License fees for fiscal year 2023. The result was a loss in revenue of approximately $13 million. The Commission increased enforcement and focused on inspections to establishments that haven't been checked annually. The Commission remains focused on building our enforcement staff to ensure the safety of all Illinoisans.
