- Conduct unfair labor practice charge investigations.
- Issue dismissal orders or complaints when appropriate.
- Conduct administrative hearings and issue recommended decisions
and orders.
- Mediate unfair labor practice allegations to avoid litigation.
- Process fair-share fee objections, including oversight of escrow, consolidation of objections, and determination of appropriate fair-share fees.
- Monitor the status of collective bargaining negotiations, including
managing required notices, posting parties' final offers on the
Board's website, and invoking mediation when appropriate.
