2025 Senior Health Assistance Program
Mission Statement Older adults and persons under the age of 60 with disabilities will enjoy healthier lives and have more disposable income.
Program Goals and Objectives
  1. The Senior Health Assistance Program will assist older adults to maintain their health by linking them to Medicare Part D drug plans, Social Security’s Extra Help, and Medicare savings programs.
