2025 Rehabilitation Services - Independent Living
Mission Statement The Division of Rehabilitation Services assists individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals in the areas of employment, education, and independent living.
Program Goals and Objectives
  1. Provide world-class customer service and support to individuals with disabilities to assist them in achieving their independent living goals.
    1. By June 30, 2026, increase the number of persons with disabilities receiving core independent living (rehabilitation) services to 31,000.
    2. By June 30, 2026, increase the number of individuals relocated from nursing facilities to homes in the community (community reintegration) to 400.
