| Program Goals and Objectives |
- Manage a highly secure environment for the protection of program staff and visitors, court-ordered detainees, and civilly committed sexually violent persons, as well as state and personal property.
- By June 30, 2026, manage the TDF to achieve an average annual cost per detainee/sexually violent person of $125,000 or less.
- Through the provision of effective treatment, reduce victimization, protect the survivors of sexual violence, and make transition to communities safer.
- By June 30, 2026, complete evaluations of all referrals from the Department of Corrections and admit those as appropriate, resulting in a census of 525 or less at the TDF.
- Through June 30, 2026, ensure successful transition to the community of all individuals who are conditionally discharged from the TDF, resulting in no more than 12 readmissions/returns to the facility.
