2025 Health Care Regulation
Mission Statement The IDPH is an advocate for and partner with the people of Illinois to re-envision health policy and promote health equity, prevent and protect against disease and injury, and prepare for health emergencies.
Program Goals and Objectives
  1. Advocate for safe, quality health care in all facilities regulated by the Office of Health Care Regulation, which shall be accomplished by licensure, certification, and survey activities as required by the federal and state regulations.
