Footnotes
Compliance numbers for fiscal year 2024 are presented because that is the most recent comprehensive reporting period. Local governments do not have one uniform fiscal year calendar, and begin and end at different times throughout the year, while the state's fiscal year ends June 30. The fiscal year 2024 reporting deadline for the majority of local governments was prior to August 28, 2025.
