2025 Equal Pay Act
Mission Statement To issue Equal Pay Registration certificates to private employers who have 100 or more employees.
Program Goals and Objectives
  1. There is a $150.00 filing fee payable to IDOL
    1. Businesses must re-certify every 2 years
      1. The first round of applications began to be received in March 2022
        1. Businesses must submit wage records and equal pay compliance statements in order to receive certification from IDOL

          Businesses that are subject to this provision of the Act are required to file every two years with IDOL. Some were assigned specific dates, but others waited until the last possible day to file causing the fluctuation.
