        Footnotes
The decrease is due to several factors. Several of the host sites were Federal Sites, who lost all their education/visitor service staff and were unable to continue doing it. DNR had to find new host sites and move everything. Several sites had change in staff, and they did not keep the numbers as they weren’t aware they needed to.
