2025 Financial Examination
Mission Statement The mission of the financial examination program is to serve and protect the public by chartering, authorizing, and supervising state-chartered banks, state-chartered credit unions, foreign bank offices, corporate fiduciaries, and other regulated financial institutions to assure the safety and soundness of such institutions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the benefit of the public.

  1. Completion and reporting of findings of financial examinations within statutory, contractual, or department guidelines.
